TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. We endeavour to respond to all clients enquiries within 3 working days 2. We provide a statement to the client of the agreed training requirements as discussed, together with a costed proposal for services. 3. We provide a tailor made service delivering to individual requirements in accordance with the client's business needs. 4. We deliver training and development services in a structured way, with clear learning aims and review; we only employ staff with appropriate skills, experience and qualifications. 5. We evaluate our services through course participant evaluation forms and provide accurate and relevant information relating to these to our business clients. 6. We encusre continuous improvement through action of evaluation findings and staff training and development. |
7. We provide a written complaints procedure on request 8. In the event of disputes or grievances between ourselves and our clients we would resolve through mediation service if unable to resolve through the normal complaints procedure. 9. Invoices sent to clients following the satisfactory completion of training and consultancy by Crayon Generation should be paid within 28 days of invoice date. 10. Crayon Generation undertakes to provide Professional Indemnity Insurance, and Public Liability Insurances for a limit of Indemnity of £5,000.000. 11. Crayon Generation will not assign or subcontract any rights or duties under the agreed Contract without prior written authorisation of the client, and shall not permit any person to assist in training or consultancy without the prior written authorisation of the clients. 12. Where the material used for training courses has been written, devised and/or prepared by Crayon Generation, the copyright is such material shall belong to Crayon Generation except where it has been jointly prepared with the client. 13. Crayon Generation shall be subject to directions from the client as to the manner in which work should be performed, but shall undertake all work in a conscientious and proper manner to the high standards required by the Contract. 14. Cancellation or alterations to contracts can only be accepted if made not less than 14 days prior to the date of the work. Any cancellations or alternations less than 14 days will result in a cancellation fee payable by the client.
