Crayon Generation designs courses and workshops for a wide range of individual settings, for example schools, children's centres, nurseries and local authorities. We carry out visits and consultancy that works towards ensuring the setting's practice will improve to gain 'outstanding' results for the children, families and of course Ofsted!

Advice is practical, realistic and meetings, discussion and training sessions are arranged at times that suit. These can be twilight sessions or during non-contact time.
Comments from Evaluations Forms:

"Isn't it great to hear from somebody like Margaret who knows so much and has great passion. We have got so many wonderful ideas to take away". Everyone should come on such a course. Kay Isaacs, Early Years Consultant, Luton Borough Council.

"I thoroughly enjoyed the course, I have so much useful information and great new inspirational ideas, I can't wait to get back to school and put them into practice" Reception Teacher

"Margaret is a star - I now have clear ideas about how to implement successful problem solving opportunities for the children in my nursery - and the resources don't even cost much!!"

"At last someone has made EYFS clear - I loved the course, and now believe I can really do it - it's not difficult after all - Margaret has put it in perspective and made me feel fine about my work with young children"

I loved the course, great ideas for promoting positive behaviour at home - thanks Margaret. A parent attenting a Promoting Positive Behaviour Course at a Kent Children's Centre.

"Thank you for all your encouragement - I cannot tell you how delighted I am with the staff's response to your visit. Your ideas for making changes are already underway, I even have teachers volunteering to go into Reception now!!! Splendidly done!!! Hope to work with you again in the future!!
